Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione verificare
sempre che le molle del comando siano scariche e
l'apparecchio in posizione di aperto.
4. Movimentazione
Gli interruttori possono essere sollevati mediante carrello con
forcelle. Le forcelle vanno inserite direttamente sotto il telaio
di supporto o sotto l'eventuale piattina di trasporto. Porre in
ogni caso la massima cura a non sollecitare le parti isolanti e
i terminali dell'interruttore.
4. Handling
The circuit-breakers can be lifted by means of a fork-lift truck.
The forks must be inserted directly underneath the support
frame or under the transport plate.
Always take great care not to stress the insulating parts and the
terminals of the circuit-breaker.

Before carrying out any operation, always make
sure that the operating mechanism springs are
discharged and that the apparatus is in the open
position.
5. Descrizione
5.1. Generalità
Gli interruttori HD4/... sono apparecchi realizzati con tecnica
di costruzione a poli separati. Sono apparecchi isolati in
esafluoruro di zolfo per interno e sono sistemi a pressione
sigillata per la vita operativa (Norme IEC 60056 e CEI 17-1).
Per le prestazioni elettriche fare riferimento al catalogo tecni-
co.
Sono disponibili le seguenti versioni:
– Fissa con comando laterale destro (fino a 36 kV)
– Rimovibile per quadri UniSwitch e UniAir.
Tutte le versioni sono equipaggiabili, a richiesta, con sgancia-
tori di protezione autoalimentati a microprocessore PR521 e
relativi sensori di corrente.
Su un robusto telaio di supporto sono montati i tre poli, il
comando e gli eventuali accessori a richiesta.
Per interruttori da 36 kV e per interruttori per quadri UniSwitch
e UniAir, il telaio metallico è predisposto con ruote.
Ogni polo è costituito da un involucro in resina epossidica nel
quale sono alloggiate, immerse in gas SF6, tutte le parti attive,
il cinematismo dei contatti mobili, i terminali di media tensione
e le camere d'arco.
5. Description
5.1. General features
The HD4/... circuit-breakers are constructed using the sepa-
rate pole technique. They are insulated in sulphur hexafluoride,
for indoor installation, and are pressure systems sealed for
operating life (IEC 60056 and CEI 17-1 Standards).
For the electrical characteristics, please refer to the technical
catalogue.
The following versions are available:
– Fixed with right-hand operating mechanism (up to 36 kV)
– Removable for UniSwitch and UniAir switchboards.
On request, all the versions can be fitted with PR521 self-
supplied microprocessor-based protection releases and rela-
tive current sensors.
The three poles, the operating mechanism and any optional
accessories are mounted on a sturdy support frame.
The metal frame is provided with wheels for 36 kV version
circuit-breakers and for UniSwitch and UniAir switchboards.
Each pole consists of a housing made of epoxy resin where all
the live parts, the moving contact kinematism, the medium
voltage terminals and the arcing chambers are located, im-
mersed in SF6 gas.
