TOTAL RESET
Turn computer back on.
DISPLAYFUNKSJONER:
TIME
Count upward - Without preset target time. The computer
counts up from 00:00, with 1 second step.
Count down - With preset target time. The computer counts
down to 00:00 and reminds the user of long beeps for 8
seconds in STOP mode.
SPEED
Shows current training speed from 0.0 to a maximum of 99.9
km or miles.
RPM
Shows the number of rotations per minute.
DISTANCE
Count upward - Without target distance. The computer counts
from 0.00, with 1 km stages.
Count down - With preset target distance. The computer
counts down to 0.00 and reminds the user of long beeps for 8
seconds in STOP mode.
CALORIES
Count upward - Without target calories. Calories count from 0
to maximum 990 with 1 cal stages.
Count down - With target calories. The computer counts down
to 0 and reminds the user of long beeps for 8 seconds in
STOP mode.
PULSE
The computer shows the pulse when it receives pulse signal
from the hand sensor.
WATT
Displays the current watt produced.
RECOVERY
After training, press the "RECOVERY" button: The computer
begins counting from 00:60 to 00:00, and measures a pulse
status. When you reach 00:00, the computer shows the result
by displaying F1, F2 --- to F6.
(F1 indicates best pulse performance, and F6 is the lowest)
If you press the RECOVERY button again, return to exercise
options in the main menu.
