      If your Abit Motherboard system hangs while updating the BIOS or when setting incorrect CPU parameters, always clear the CMOS jumper before attempting to boot again.

      If your Abit Motherboard fails to boot after overclocking or after applying non-standard BIOS settings, try the following: 1. Turn off the power supply unit, wait one minute, and turn it back on. If there's no power switch, unplug the power cord, wait one minute, and plug it back in. Press and hold the key while pressing the power-on button to boot. If successful, release and press to enter BIOS setup and correct the settings. 2. Turn off the power supply or unplug the power cord. Open the computer case. Find the CCMOS jumper near the battery. Move the jumper from the default 1-2 position to 2-3 for one minute to clear the CMOS data, then return it to 1-2. Close the case and turn the power supply back on or plug in the cord. Press the power-on button to boot. If successful, press t...
