      Beth HannaAug 10, 2025
If your Abit motherboard fails to boot up and nothing is displayed on the screen after overclocking or using non-standard settings in the BIOS, the following troubleshooting steps may help: 1. Turn off the power supply for one minute, then turn it back on. If there's no power switch, disconnect the power cord for a minute and reconnect it. 2. Press and hold the key while pressing the power-on button to boot the system. 3. Turn off the power supply or disconnect the power cord. Open the computer case. Change the jumper position from 1-2 to 2-3 for one minute to discharge the CMOS data, then return it to the 1-2 position. 4. Repeat the previous step, but also remove the ATX power connectors from the motherboard and the button battery while discharging the CMOS data.
