Green Juice
Ingredients:
• Apples - 2 medium or 360g
• Celery - 4 stalk, large or 255g
• Cucumber - 1 full cucumber or 300g
• Ginger Root - 1 thumb or 25g
• Kale - 6 leaves or 210g
• Lemon - 1/2 lemon, peeled 40g
Directions:
Process all ingredients in the juicer, pour out, shake or stir, and serve
immediately.
Note: You will need to empty the jug into a cup and reinsert if you wish to
yield 855ml/3 cups. You may also need to turn off the juicer and clear the
pulp from the lid into the bin as it can get stuck and limit the effectiveness
of your juicer.
Yields 885ml or 3 cups
