Why does my ABS PH-ABT-UCFS-0220M appliance run too long?
    • P
      Paul AndrewsAug 3, 2025
Your ABS Laboratory Equipment might run for extended periods due to several reasons. It could be due to frequent door openings, so try to minimize how often you open the door. The control might be set too cold; adjust it to a warmer setting. Also, ensure the room temperature is not too high, as this can also cause the appliance to run longer.

What to do if my ABS PH-ABT-UCFS-0220M Laboratory Equipment unit does not run?
    • B
      Brandon StephensonAug 7, 2025
If your ABS Laboratory Equipment unit isn't running, there are a few things to check. First, make sure the electrical circuit is 110-120V 60Hz. Ensure the power cord is properly plugged in. Verify that there's power at the electrical outlet and that the breaker hasn't tripped or a fuse blown. Lastly, confirm the unit is not plugged into a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlet.

Why is there moisture collecting inside my ABS Laboratory Equipment?
    • G
      Gabrielle GomezAug 11, 2025
Moisture inside your ABS Laboratory Equipment can be caused by a few things. The door gasket might not be sealing correctly, so check it for debris, cracks, or obstructions. The unit's location could be a factor if it's near a doorway or under an air conditioning vent; consider relocating it or redirecting the vent. Too many door openings can also increase moisture. Hot, humid weather can also increase condensation. Finally, ensure there is a water trap (U-shaped loop) in the drain tube near the compressor to prevent air from entering.

What to do if my ABS PH-ABT-UCFS-0220M does not maintain the proper temperature?
    • T
      Tiffany RichardsAug 16, 2025
If your ABS Laboratory Equipment isn't maintaining the correct temperature, consider these factors: the room temperature may be too warm, so place the unit in an air-conditioned room between 65°F and 85°F. Ensure the door is closing properly. Avoid overloading the unit with too many products. Make sure products are not pushed against the rear wall, which can disrupt air circulation; place them evenly on each shelf. If the evaporator is blocked by frost or ice, remove the products, unplug the unit, and allow it to defrost. Also, ensure any thermometer used is placed in the middle of the refrigerator for accurate monitoring.
