4.2 Jamming
• Before beginning operations of the machine, make sure there are no
foreign objects in any of the mechanisms such as silica bags, spare parts,
etc.
• To avoid jamming, ensure that banknotes are placed correctly in the
hopper.
• If jamming occurs, power the machine off. Carefully remove the jammed
banknotes from the machine with a wooden or rubber stick. Look for any
foreign objects such as paper clips, rubber bands, etc., and remove them, if
necessary.
