How much intensity level should be set?
Each person may require a different intensity level to obtain the optimal
muscle stimulation. You should set the intensity in your comfortable range.
At the beginning of the process, you should set a comfortable level, and
then reduce or increase the intensity level according to your tolerance
throughout the phases of stimulation.
How long should I use the device?
The AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator is intended to stimulate muscles
to improve or facilitate muscle performance. The device can be used 2-3
times a day for up to 30-60 minutes.
