Guide screen
There are four main areas of the EPG screen:

The top of the screen shows the viewing date and the current time.
The section on the left shows all names for digital channels.
The section on the right shows information about programmes for the selected channel:
the start and finish times, any age rating and a summary.
Use the up or down directional keys to switch to the previous or next channel.

Press the GUIDE key on the remote control.

Use the directional keys to navigate around the EPG menu and
press OK to select your highlighted option.
