      If the Acer Monitor's LED is ON but there's no picture, use the OSD to adjust brightness and contrast to the maximum level, or restore them to the default settings. If the LED displays an amber color, check if the video signal cable is properly connected at the back of the monitor. Also, ensure that the computer system is powered ON and that the AC power cord is correctly connected to the monitor. If the LED is OFF, check the power switch.

      If the Acer Monitor display is missing, shifted to the center, or the display size is too small or too large, use the OSD to adjust RESOLUTION, CLOCK, CLOCK-PHASE, H-POSITION, and V-POSITION, especially when using non-standard signals. If you are missing a full-screen image, use the OSD to select another resolution or vertical refresh timing. Also, unstable picture may be caused by a mismatch between the graphics adapter and monitor specifications, which can lead to input signal frequency issues. Wait a few seconds after adjusting the image size before changing or disconnecting the signal cable or powering off the monitor.

      If there's no sound or the sound level is too low on your Acer Monitor (audio input model), first check that the audio cable is properly connected to the host PC. Also, ensure that the volume setting on the host PC isn't set to the minimum. If it is, try increasing the volume level.
