5. Press the power key (A) and the reload key (B) to shut off the system. Once you see
the power LED turn off (C), disconnect the AC adapter immediately (Figure 1-4).

Make sure the display is dark, the system is completely powered off and
the AC adapter is removed from the system.
6. Close the LCD module and carefully flip the system over.
7. Carefully pry up the base cover starting from the right side (Figure 1-5).
