3. Release the latches and disconnect the touchpad FFC from the touchpad module
connector (C) and the mainboard connector (D). Then remove the touchpad FFC from
the top assembly (Figure 1-11).

4. Detach the insulation mylar (E) from the touchpad module (Figure 1-12).
