This chapter details how to connect the ScreenBeam Display Adapter to an HDTV
monitor, as well as connecting to a source device running either Miracast, WiDi, or
Windows 7/8.
Connecting the Display Adapter to an HDTV Monitor
To connect the ScreenBeam Display Adapter to an HDTV monitor, make sure you
have the following items handy:
 ScreenBeam Display Adapter
HDMI cable
Display Adapter power cord
To con ne c t t he Displ ay Ad ap te r to an HDT V mon ito r :
1. Plug one end of the power cord into the power port on the back panel of
the Display Adapter.
2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a nearby electrical outlet. The
Display Adapter’s Power LED will illuminate green.
