Basic Operation
Press & hold START/STOP for 2 seconds.
The unit will turn on in ‘STOP’ mode and Rate, Stroke
Count (or Check Factor) and Speed/Average Speed (or
Distance Per Stroke) will be displayed.
Press & hold START/STOP for 3 seconds.
Press INCREASE VOLUME / DECREASE VOLUME.
Volume level is displayed on the ‘Volume Level Indicator’
and the level is saved when the unit is turned o.

Basic Operation

Turn On

Turns the unit on by pressing and holding the START/STOP button for 2 seconds.
