BURNER CHARACTERISTICS
DESCRIPTION OF THE BURNER
This new generation of oil-fired burners meets current requirements
for the performance and cleanliness of combustion gases.
The burner is made from top quality components using the latest
technologies, and includes a fuel oil preheating device.
Components:
“Landis & Gyr” relay
“A.E.G.” motor
“Suntec” pump
“May & Christe” transformer
“Danfoss” oil preheating device
Advantages
Easy to install, fitted with a safety shut-off and a new burner
suspension system.
A special tool supplied with the burner is used for all maintenance
work.
The burner air pressure adapts to the combustion chamber
pressure.
An automatic check valve stops the air flow when the burner
stops, and thus prevents the boiler cooling down.
Quiet and very reliable.
Adapts to the depth of the boiler via the adjustable flange on the
throat.
Three air adjustment points to ensure optimum air/oil mixture.
- Presetting of the upstream air;
- Primary adjustment;
- Combustion head adjustment.
