• Mulple renal haemorrhages
• Some venous dilataon
This diagnosis is consistent with:
MULTIPLE RETINAL HAEMORRHAGES
Comment:
Mulple renal haemorrhages are seen in the deep and supercial layers of the rena.
Hyperviscosity states (polycythemia, Waldenstrom’s macro-globulinaemia, myeloma)
can lead to venous dilataon and haemorrhages. Thrombocytopenia and other bleeding
diatheses are further possibilies.

This diagnosis is consistent with:
RETINAL DETACHMENT
Comment:
In the absence of idenable break and trauma the possibility of choroidal metastasis
should be considered.
