When the current pressure is beyond the range of the hi low limit, the whole screen will flash to warn the user to/gh
adjust the pressure. Meanwhile, In order to catch up to the pressure change, the measure speed will automatically
adjust to ten times per second will. Once the alarm is over, the display go back to normal speed.
