Start-up
Unpacking and checking the scope of
supply
1. Take the device out of the package and check for
damage. If the device is damaged, do not use it and
contact your dealer.
2. Check the delivery for completeness, as described in
"Scope of supply".
3. Remove the packaging material and all protective
films and dispose of them properly.
Inserting/changing batteries
For use you require 2 batteries of type LR03 (AAA), 1.5 V
(included).
1. Push the locking tab of the battery compartment
cover to the side and remove the cover.
2. Insert the batteries as indicated on the bottom of the
battery compartment. Observe the correct polarity
(+/-).
3. Check that the rubber seal surrounding the battery
compartment is correctly seated in the guide.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and push the
locking tab to the left.
Suggestions for changing the battery:
It is necessary to change the batteries if the display is
barely legible or blank.
