Be careful when unpacking the lamp since the wires are
connected. If the wires are pulled out of their connectors, it may
result in a bad connection.

1. Carefully unpack and place all parts on a soft, flat surface.
2. Insert tube (B) into lamp base (A), gently twist to tighten.
3. Insert tube (C) into tube (B), twist to tighten.
4. Insert tube (D) into tube (C), twist to tighten.
5. Insert socket assembly (E) into tube (D), twist to tighten.
Gently pull any excess cord from the lamp base.

7. Use with one 150 watt max standard bulb or 3-way CFL
equivalent. Do not exceed maximum wattage as specified on
