ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Cabana Floor Lamp
Model# 4198-12
1. Screw pole (B) onto base (A) clockwise until tight.
2. Screw poles (B), (C),(D) and socket (E) together.
3. Socket ring (G) comes pre-assembled to the
socket. Before placing the shade onto the socket,
please unscrew this socket ring.
4. Place shade (F) onto socket (E) and tighten it with
socket ring (G).
5. Install vintage bulb (H) onto socket.

This product is suitable
for dry locations only.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock (one blade is larger than
the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician.Do not use with an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE
PLUG .

Step 1: Attach Base Pole

Screw pole (B) onto base (A) clockwise until tight.

Step 2: Connect Poles and Socket

Screw poles (B), (C), (D) and socket (E) together.

Step 3: Prepare Socket Ring

Unscrew socket ring (G) from socket before placing shade.

Step 4: Attach Shade

Place shade (F) onto socket (E) and tighten with socket ring (G).

Step 5: Install Vintage Bulb

Install vintage bulb (H) onto socket.
