Troubleshooting:
1. No Power: Ensure that the electrical outlet has power. Check each cable to make sure that they are
properly connected and the electrical plug of the base is securely inserted into the power outlet.
2. No Power: If there is power to the base but the base does not move and both the Remote-Control LED
Power Indicator Light and the Power Supply LED Power Indicator lights are on, unplug and re-plug in base
and resync the remote control to the base (see Programming the Remote Control).
3. No Power: If there is power to the base but base does not move and both the Remote-Control LED
Power Indicator Light and the Power Supply LED Power Indicator lights are on, and you have performed
step number 2 above, the motor needs to be replaced. *
4. Remote Control LED Power Indicator Light is Off: If there is power to the base and the LED power
indicator light is not lit on the remote control, then the batteries may need to be replaced.
5. Control Box LED Power Indicator Light is Off: If the LED power indicator light on the control box is
not on, the control may need to be replaced. *
6. Power Supply LED Power Indicator Light is Off: If there is no power to the base and the LED power
indicator light on power supply is not lit, the power supply may need to be replaced. *
7. The Massage Does Not Work: If there is power and the massage does not work:
Massage has a timer to stay on for 15 minute intervals
Simultaneously press and hold the red button on the control box head massage button on
the remote control at the same time. This should reset the massage. If the massage still
does not work, the massage unit needs to be replaced. *
8. Replacing the Massage unit:
Remove the massage sponge pad
Cut open the massage cover, exposing 4 silver screws
Loosen the 4 screws to remove the massage unit and replace with the new massage unit.
Tighten the 4 screws
Cover the massage sponge pad
9. Battery Backup: It is recommended that you install two 9 volt batteries in the AC/DC adapter on the
power supply. This will function as a battery backup which allows the base to adjust back to flat in case
the power goes out.
*Additional troubleshooting steps may need to be taken to determine if replacement parts are needed.
