5.7 _7250_DO_Read_Back, _7252_DO_ReadRelay
@ Description
This function is used to read-back data from digital output port which is
control by 725X_DO function. There are 8-bit digital outputs on the
PCI-7250, cPCI-7252, or PCI-7251 extended board. You can get back
all RELAYs status ( ON or OFF) by using this function.
