      If the blue LED light is off on your Advanced Bionics Recording Equipment, try these steps: 1. Check the USB cable connection to the computer. 2. Ensure the USB cable is correctly connected to the CPI-3; disconnect and reconnect it. 3. Use the USB cable supplied by AB, as others may not work. 4. Try different USB ports on your computer. 5. Unplug other USB devices. 6. Request a USB Hub from your AB field representative.

      If the green LED lights on your Advanced Bionics Recording Equipment either don't turn on or keep flashing, try the following: 1. Check the connection of the programming cable from the sound processor to the CPI-3. 2. If using the Harmony & Auria programming cable, ensure the pins are fully engaged. 3. If using the Neptune programming cable, make sure the programming header is fully seated on the Neptune sound processor. 4. If using the PSP programming cable, ensure the pins are fully inserted and the black cable lock is secure.
