Usage Features:

  • Safety First: Emphasizes reading the manual and all labels before operation. Only authorized personnel should drive in designated areas. Avoid overloading, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Starting the Car: Ensure passengers are seated, select "forward" or "reverse" key, press the accelerator pedal gently.
  • Stopping the Car: Press the parking pedal.
  • Driving: Drive safely according to terrain, visibility, and experience. Be careful in crowded and slippery places. Avoid sudden starts and brakes, accelerate/decelerate according to ground conditions. Avoid sharp turns at high speed. Drive slowly on slopes.
  • Parking: Press the parking pedal and engage the hand brake. Release the hand brake before starting.
  • Main Switch: Shift to "RUN" to power on, "OFF" to power off.
  • Key Switch: Insert key and turn right to power on (ensure F/R switch is in middle position first). Turn left to power off; key can only be removed in this state.
  • Forward/Reverse Switch: Used to shift between forward, reverse, or stop (park). A reverse buzzer sounds when reverse is selected.
  • Voltage Indicator: Shows battery charge level. Timely charging is recommended. Displays reduced electricity consumption, warning for low electricity (moving between first and second space), and under-electricity (flashing first space).
  • Headlight Switch: Controls headlights.
  • Turning Light Switch: Controls turn signals.
  • Accelerator Pedal: Gently press to start the car after turning on the key, selecting direction, and releasing the brake. Avoid pressing to the end in a rush.
  • Windshields: Note that windshields do not provide protection from flying objects.

Maintenance Features:

  • Pre-Operation Checklist (Before each use):
    • Remove main switch key to prevent accidental starting.
    • Apply parking brake.
    • Check batteries, tire condition, steering system, back-up buzzer, pedal operation, body, and chassis.
  • Battery Care:
    • Charge batteries before every use.
    • Check batteries are securely in place to prevent vibration or jarring.
    • Prevent battery acid spills.
    • Check battery terminals for corrosion.
    • WARNING: Battery electrolyte is poisonous and dangerous (sulfuric acid). Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes. Follow first aid instructions if contact occurs. Batteries produce explosive gases; keep sparks, flames, and cigarettes away. Ensure ventilation during charging or use in enclosed spaces. Shield eyes when working near batteries. Keep out of reach of children.
    • Clean battery tops with soda water to remove corrosion.
    • Check fluid level before and after charging. Add distilled water only (tap water contains harmful minerals).
    • Use a hydrometer to check specific gravity of battery fluid in each cell against the provided chart.
    • Charging: Read and understand the charger manual. Charge in well-ventilated areas (min. 5 air changes/hour). Connect charger properly. Do not disconnect DC output cord while charger is on. Charger turns off automatically when full. Disconnect plug by grasping body.
    • Installation: Do not place wrenches or metal objects across battery terminals during installation to prevent arcs and explosions.
  • Tire Condition:
    • Check tire air pressure (25PSI for grass/dirt, 36PSI for road).
    • Check tire surface for damage, cracks, or embedded objects. Replace tires when tread wears down to 0.04 inches (1mm).
  • Steering System: Check for excessive empty steering or noise.
  • Reverse Alarm: Check functionality by turning F/R switch to "R".
  • Pedal Operation: Check flexibility and reliability of accelerator pedal. Check brake pedal returns to original position.
  • Gearbox Oil:
    • Place car on horizontal level, lift cushion, remove oil plug.
    • Pour SAE 90 gear oil slowly until it reaches the opening.
    • Stop when oil overflows. Prevent alien materials from entering.
  • Wheel Nuts: Tighten to 105N-M-120N-M.
  • Brake Adjustment:
    • Tread brake pedal several times before adjusting.
    • Remove dash board cover.
    • Check brake pedal by pressing with two fingers and measuring forwarding distance (85-95mm or 3.35-3.74 inches).
    • WARNING: Do not fix brake cable too tight; it will impair brake adjustment and performance. Do not loosen brake cables due to air leakage.
    • Consult AdvancedEV dealer for brake problems to prevent serious accidents.
  • Periodic Maintenance Chart: A detailed chart outlines checks, adjustments, replacements, services, cleaning, and lubrication for various components at intervals of 20 hours/month, 125 hours/6 months, 250 hours/year, 500 hours/2 years, and 1000 hours/4 years.
    • Items without page numbers should be serviced by an approved agent or qualified technician.
  • Storage (for long periods of disuse):
    • Turn main switch key to "OFF", remove key, and store safely.
    • Verify tire air pressure (25psi).
    • Clean outside of car with anti-rust oil.
    • Cover car and store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
    • Recharge batteries and check fluid levels at least once a month.
    • Disconnect cables.
    • Clean battery tops with baking soda and water to avoid erosion.
    • CAUTION: Do not put cleaning products into battery cells.
  • Warranty: Buyers must fill out and return the warranty card. Warranty covers material quality or design problems. Conditions not covered include use/maintenance outside manual guidelines, unauthorized repairs, expired warranty, use of non-OEM spare parts, unauthorized assembly/modification, exceeding vehicle capabilities, and damage from natural disasters.

Troubleshooting:
