Users with Windows 7 should navigate to the OIW log files as follows; see Figure 84 for screenshots of file path:
1. Select the ‘Start’ button
2. Select ‘Documents’ from the start menu.
3. The ‘OIWlogs’ folder should be the only folder contained in ‘Documents’
