Prepare a corner gusset per the instruction at the page
“Corner Gusset Tip”. Snap off the tabs on one side. Install the
clean gusset up top and the broken one at the bottom of the
1.5” x 13” extrusion, broken tabs facing down. Follow the
pattern shown here. Make sure to have both gussets prepped
with loose t-nuts and screws.

Place the arm under the 3”x18” extrusion. The broken gusset is tightened to the
50” base, normal gusset is fastened to the bottom of the 18” extrusion. Tighten
fully all 4 gussets holding the shifter arm when it’s straight to your liking and
place the gusset caps.
