The outlet hose is kinked. Straighten the hose.
The maximum pump height
(outlet height 1m from the
washing machine’s installa-
tion surface) has been
exceeded.
Contact Service Force, who
will be able to provide an
adaptor kit for pump lifts
greater than 1m as a special
accessory.
The drain pump is clogged.
Switch off the machine and
disconnect the mains plug;
clean the drain pump.
For siphon connections: The
siphon is blocked.
Clean the siphon.
