Function Description
The AEG oven is designed for cooking purposes in a single household domestic indoor environment. It offers various heating functions for baking, roasting, grilling, and defrosting. Clock Functions:

- Minute minder: Sets a countdown timer, after which a signal sounds. The heating function stops when the timer ends.

- Cooling Fan: Automatically operates to keep surfaces cool.

Maintenance Features
Cleaning:
- General Cleaning: The appliance front should be cleaned with a microfibre cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Metal surfaces require a cleaning solution, and stains can be removed with a mild detergent.
- Cavity Cleaning: The oven cavity should be cleaned after each use to prevent fat accumulation. Food should not be stored in the appliance for more than 20 minutes.
- Accessories Cleaning: All accessories should be cleaned after each use with a microfibre cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Non-stick accessories should not be cleaned with abrasive cleaners or sharp objects. Accessories are not dishwasher safe.

- Pyrolytic Cleaning: A high-temperature self-cleaning function with three duration options: Light (1 hour), Normal (1 hour 30 minutes), and Thorough (3 hours). Before pyrolytic cleaning, all accessories, removable shelf supports, and excess food residues must be removed. The oven door locks during this process. Good ventilation is advised during and after pyrolytic cleaning. Pets should be kept away due to potential fumes.

Lamp Replacement:
The internal lamp can be replaced. Before replacement, the oven must be turned off and cooled, and disconnected from the mains supply. A cloth should be placed on the bottom of the cavity. The glass cover is removed, the old lamp replaced with a suitable 300°C heat-resistant lamp, and the glass cover reinstalled.
