On / Off Turns the hood on and off.

First speed The fan switches to first speed level.

Second speed The fan switches to second speed level.

Third speed The fan switches to third speed level.

Maximum speed The fan switches to maximum speed level. After 8 minutes the appli‐
ance returns to previous setting.
