What to do if the AEG HKB64420NB flame extinguishes immediately after ignition?

If the flame on your AEG Hob extinguishes immediately after ignition, several things may be happening. Verify the hob is correctly connected to the electrical supply. Ensure the burner cap and crown are properly placed. The thermocouple may not be sufficiently heated; try holding the knob down for up to 10 seconds after lighting the flame. Also, check that the injector is not blocked and the burner crown is clean.
