CLEANING OF THE FILTERS
The dehumidifier is fitted with two filters:
1. dust filter;
2. active carbon filter, to prevent bacteria and bad smells from developing.
The cleaning of the filters must be carried out periodically, at least every three months. The operations to carry
out are the following:
1. turn off the dehumidifier and remove the plug;
2. remove the condensate collection tank;
3. pull the filter out downwards;
4. gently open the frame containing the two filters so as to avoid breaking it;
5. clean the two filters with a vacuum as in figure 3 (the active carbon filters cannot be regenerated); the life of
this filter depends on the degree of pollution in the
room.
It is recommended to replace the activated carbon fil-
ter at least every season
