The tools and kit contents required to install the Option UND upgrade for signal generators equipped
with Options UN3/4 or UN8/9 are described below.
Tools Required
❏ T-10 TORX screwdriver
❏ T-15 TORX screwdriver
❏ Scissors
WARNING Before you disassemble the signal generator, turn the power switch off
and disconnect the line cord. Failure to unplug the signal generator can
result in personal injury.
CAUTION Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage or destroy electronic components. All
work on electronic assemblies should be performed at a static-safe workstation.
