SCPI Commands

The intended operation is that a Pulsebuilder waveform is uploaded to the instrument,

which is ultimately made up from of a number of segments. Segment numbering or

indexing is therefore implicit to Pulsebuilder such that there is no attempt to enhance the

UI with segment numbering information.
