3 Turn the meter on and confirm the background LED is green.

4 The power meter start-up will take approximately 25 seconds. After this routine, you

should see one of the following displays...

5 The power meter is now ready for use.

NOTE

If the meter has been stored in extremely cold conditions, beyond its normal operating

range, the display may require a few minutes to warm up and operate normally.
