安装
• 在色谱柱上标明了流向。
• 只能按色谱柱上标记的流向操作 1.8 µm 色谱柱
(ZORBAX RRHT, ZORBAX RRHD)。
• Agilent 建议对最高耐压为 600 bar 的色谱柱使用聚酮接
头 (5042-8957)，对将在 UHPLC 压力下操作的色谱柱使用
1200 bar 可拆卸接头 (5067-4733)。
