  If your Aiper Swimming Pool Vacuum doesn't move after some time, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. Also, the filter tray may be full, especially if the LED indicators on the power supply unit are flashing. Clean the filter tray and restart the machine. If the problem persists, the robot may be damaged during transportation, there may be an electric fault, or the cleaner does not match the local rated voltage. In such cases, contact customer service.

Ensure the cable is fully released. Turn off the pool filter system and pump. If algae is present, clean the pool floor and walls before using the cleaner. Note that the ideal pool shapes for optimal cleaning are round, oval, rectangular, and kidney-like; for irregular pool shapes, focus cleaning on specific areas.
