What to do if there is water downstream of my Aircel Dryer system?

If you notice water downstream of your Aircel Dryer system, several issues could be the cause. First, the timer drain or drain solenoid may have failed; in this case, replace the timer drain. Another potential cause is bulk liquid entering the dryer from upstream. Check the drains on the after cooler or air compressor. Also, verify that the inlet compressed air temperature and CFM flow rate meet the dryer system's specifications. A leak in the heat exchanger could also be responsible, requiring its replacement.
