Airofog AE9 - If EC Does Not Function Correctly

Check first:
- Fogger runs correctly so there is sufficient air
pressure to open EC.
Possible causes: Check:

- Nebelgerät läuft ordnungsgemäß, der
Luftdruck reicht also zum Öffnen der EC aus.
- Nebelgerät stoppt,
Bedienhebel wird
nicht automatisch
ausgerückt
Mögliche Ursachen: Folgende Punkte kontrollieren:
- Schraubenartiger Nippel
(EC25) am Bowdenzug
(EC23) falsch eingestellt
- Kolbenstift (EC8) kehrt nicht
in seine Ausgangsposition
zurück
- Feder (EC9) zu schwach
oder gebrochen
- Membran (EC6) der
Druckmessdose beschädigt
oder verunreinigt
- Nebelgerät in
Betrieb und Hebel
wird ausgerückt,
Vernebelung stoppt
nicht
- Schraubenartiger Nippel
(EC25) am Bowdenzug
(EC23) falsch eingestellt
- Kolbenstift (EC8) wurde
nicht gedrückt
- Feder (EC9) zu stark
- Membran (EC6) der
Druckmessdose beschädigt
oder verunreinigt
- Druckabfall im EC-System
- Luftdruckleitung (EC20)
verstopft
- Schraubenartiger Nippel
(EC25) am Bowdenzug
(EC23) falsch eingestellt
- Feder (EC28) zu schwach
oder gebrochen
- O-Ring (EC32) beschädigt
- Ventilgehäuse (EC33)
