is consistent with the target speed set before ACC activation. When the vehicle is running at high speed,
if the difference between the target speed to be restored and the current actual speed is large, the system
will adjust to the target speed to be restored in a more soothing linear way.
ACC override
After ACC is activated, when the driver steps on the accelerator pedal and the instrument prompts "Driver
steps on the accelerator, ACC cannot decelerate", ACC will enter the override state and the vehicle speed
will temporarily increase; When the driver releases the accelerator pedal, ACC will return to the active
state before entering the override state, slow down to the target speed or enter the following cruise state
according to the latest road conditions.
CAUTION:
When the accelerator pedal is pressed for a long time, ACC may exit to the standby state.
When the speed is greater than 130 km/h, ACC will exit the active state, and the vehicle will be taken
over by the driver. The driver needs to take the initiative to brake and change lanes according to the
traffic and road conditions.
When the target vehicle quickly leaves the recognition range due to lane changing and turning, ACC will
control the vehicle to accelerate to the target speed, and a short period of rapid acceleration will occur
at this time. The driver should pay special attention to it and treat it calmly.
Special driving environment
ACC has limitations or cannot work in some driving scenarios, including but not limited to:
Vehicles or objects that are stationary or cross the lane (such as construction warning signs and cones);
A vehicle suddenly cuts in front or at the side;
Emergency braking of oncoming vehicles or vehicles ahead;
The target vehicle is a vehicle running at low speed;
Irregular target vehicles that cannot be effectively identified due to abnormal contour caused by
loading;
Vehicles ahead with high chassis on the same lane (such as trucks);
