FUEL
THE FUEL TO USE
Diesel engine vehicle: gas oil hexadecane index (DIN
51601).
Petrol engine vehicle: unleaded petrol 95-98.
SUPPLYING
1. Stop the engine before
filling the tank
2. Remove the tank’s
stopper after having
unlocked it
3. Insert the nozzle and fill
the tank
4. After the first automatic
interruption of the nozzle, do
not continue to fill more than
5 seconds.
5. Remove the nozzle
6. Put the stopper back and
lock it.
IGNITION CONTROL OF THE STARTER
STEERING LOCK
To unlock the steering, slightly turn the
wheel while turning the key without
forcing.
ACCESSORIES
CONTACT
Contact is on. Do not leave it in this position when the
engine is stopped. Possible discharge of the battery.
STARTER
Starts once the key in this position
STARTING AND STOPPING THE ENGINE
• First check that the parking brake is tightened and that the
inverter lever is on neutral.
• Bring the key on the “contact” position and wait till the
preheating indicator switches off.
• Start the engine by putting the key in the “starter”
position. Release the key. Do not accelerate during this
procedure or lightly in very cold weather.
• To stop the engine, bring the key in the “locked” position.
Warning: fuel is a flammable and explosive product.
Keep away from flames and do not smoke.
WARNING: when you fill in the tank of your car, please be
very careful that the fuel does not come in contact with
the car body elements. If this should happen, we advise
you to immediately spray the parts concerned with
running water and then dry it with a soft cloth.
