USING YOUR APPLIANCE
CONNECTING WITH A COAXIAL CABLE:
If your TV has a digital coaxial input socket,
you can connect via a digital coaxial cable
(not included).
1. Connect one end of the digital coaxial
cable to the DVD player’s digital
coaxial output on the rear panel.
2. Connect the other end of the digital
coaxial cable to the digital coaxial
input socket on your TV.
3. Turn your TV on. If the TV does not
automatically show the DVD player
loading screen, use your television
remote to select the required input
channel.
4. Use the eject button to open the
loading tray in the DVD player and
insert a DVD. Close the loading tray.
CONNECTING WITH A SCART LEAD:
Some televisions do not have video-in
sockets, so are not able to connect via AV
cables. If this is the case, one option is to
use a SCART lead (not included).
1. Connect the DVD player to your TV
using a SCART lead. To connect with a
SCART lead, connect one end into the
SCART output socket on the rear panel
of the DVD panel, and connect the
other end to the SCART input socket
on the television.
2. Plug the DVD player in at the mains
and turn on using the Standby button.
3. Turn your TV on. If the TV does not
automatically show the DVD player
loading screen, use your television
remote to select the required input
channel.
4. Use the eject button to eject the
loading tray in the DVD player and
insert a DVD. Close the loading tray.

ONNECTING WITH A HD CABLE:
Some televisions do not have video-in
sockets, so are not able to connect via AV
cables. If this is the case, another option is
to use a HD cable (not included).
1. Connect the DVD player to your TV
using a HD cable. To connect with a
HD cable, connect one end to the HD
output socket on the rear panel of
the DVD panel, and connect the other
end to the HD input socket on the
television.
2. Plug the DVD player in at the mains
and turn on using the Standby button.
3. Turn your TV on. If the TV does not
automatically show the DVD player
loading screen, use your television
remote to select the required input
channel.
4. Use the eject button to open the
loading tray in the DVD player and
insert a DVD. Close the loading tray.
