Why is there no sound coming from my Alba MP3 Player?

If your Alba MP3 Player has no sound, there are several possible reasons: * The volume might be too low. Try increasing the volume. * Playback may not be started. In this case, press the PLAY/PAUSE button. * The earphones may not be connected correctly. Ensure the 3.5mm earphone plug is fully inserted into the earphone socket. * No MP3 files might be copied to the internal memory. Please, follow ‘Adding music’ instructions to copy the files.
