This type of unit is only used for an OXO Connect L platform.
Procedure
Position the 12V - 7Ah external batteries in the battery rack unit (maximum 3 batteries for an OXO
Connect M platform and 6 batteries for an OXO Connect L platform).
1. Open the external battery unit and position the batteries vertically in the unit.
2. Make all the connections after having removed, if necessary, the insulation devices from the
connectors that are used.
3. Place the batteries flat in the unit and close it.
4. Turn off the switch, and check the battery voltage directly on the connector at the rear of the unit.
4.3.3.4.2 Preparing an External Battery Unit (stack Version)
Before starting the installation, note that:
• External batteries must be of the same type, must be supplied by the same manufacturer and be
from the same batch run.
• Batteries must be charged prior to installation.
