Filtering calls for 'manager/secretary' groups
System configuration allows “manager/secretary” groups to be formed, so that the
manager’s calls can be directed to one or more secretaries.
• From the manager’s or secretary’s telephone:
incoming calls are filtered by a chosen person
(secretary, etc.)

Filtering is indicated on the manager’s telephone by the icon
corresponding to the “filtering” programmed key.
