− Your smartphone or tablet does not support Blue-
tooth® Smart Ready. Exchange your smartphone or
tablet with a model that supports Bluetooth® Smart
Ready. For this, see the chapter “Compatibility”.
− Your Android™ version is outdated and must be
updated.
− Your iPhone/iPad model is not supported.
