XI. Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Action
The high pres-
sure washer
does not work.
No electrical voltage to the high
pressure washer.
Check the fuse, power cable
and power plug and have
them replaced by qualied
personnel if necessary.
The cross section of the extension
cable is not large enough and/or
the extension cable is too long.
Use extension cables with
larger cross sections and/or
use shorter extension cables.
The mains voltage is lower than
that specied.
Contact the power supply
company if necessary.
The high pressure washer is
frozen.
Check and thaw if necessary.
The motor
starts but
there is no
pressure
build-up.
Air intake in the water inlet.
Check the supply hose and
hose connectors and replace
if necessary.
Water cock closed. Turn open the water cock.
The operating
pressure is
irregular.
