the bandsaw

Switch
the bandsaw
on
and allow it
to
reach full
speed
before
engaging
the
cut.

Gripping
the
bandsaw
with both
hands
gently
lower
the blade into
the
cut.

Applying
excess
pressure
to thetool
or
twisting
of the blade
may
cause
E
|
bevel
cutting
or
may
cause
damage
to the
saw blade.

When
the
cutting
is
finished,
turn the bandsaw
off and remove
the
plug.
Adjusting
the
angle
scale
for
mitre cuts
Always
make
a trial cut
on a
piece
of waste
material
first,
particularly
if
a
very
exact
angle
is
required.

Loosen
the
angle
locking
knob
&
by
turning
it
anti-clockwise.
