USER TIPS
GENERAL:
The FR-58 is a transmitter/receiver working with radio waves on the
446 MHz band. Its signal transmission can be affected by external
LQÀXHQFHVVXFKDVRWKHUUDGLRSKRQHVWUDQVPLWWHUVZLUHOHVVSKRQHV
etc. When your radiophone is being interfered with or causes interfe-
rence, simply changing the channel usually solves this problem.
The use of this radiophone is permitted in all the countries of the EU.
If you want to bring the FR-58 to countries outside the EU, you should
consult the local restrictions on the use of PMR446 equipment.
Don’t forget that the signal of the FR-58 can also be heard by radiop-
hones or receivers other than yours.

Never use the FR-58 outdoors during thunderstorms.

The battery symbol on the display shows the current charge of the
installed batteries:
= batteries full, = batteries 1/3 full, please
charge or replace immediately.
* Non-rechargeable batteries must be replaced.
