Why is there spark but no flame in my Alliance Laundry Systems Dryer?

If your Alliance Laundry Systems Dryer shows a spark but no flame, verify that the gas is on and that there is 24 VAC at the gas valve. If 24 VAC is present at the gas valve, the control might be faulty. Check the voltage between the gas valve terminal MV and GND on the control.
