Option D
For cable interference or inset holes, use spacers [TV8], [TV9] and [TV10] to
create extra space between the TV and TV brackets.
Note: The spacers must be used
with steel washers [TV7] to stop
the spacers from falling down.

Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY.
